The contact with the industrial reality and the practical application of knowledge acquired in the academy are an asset for the young students who are in the first year of the degree in Engineering and Industrial Management. Marta Pirraça, Marco Gaspar and Marco Costa: these are the names of the 3 young students who dedicated the months of May and June to the analysis and improvement of production processes. New ideas emerged about the sequence of operations and lay-outs, but the most important was the commitment experienced by the students in their first approach to the labor market and the industrial reality.
